Provides more open space in the maintenance closet, reduces interference with door swing. 6” front drop with integral cast stainless steel cap on the threshold.

Constructed of one piece, precast terrazzo composed of pearl gray marble chips cast in white Portland cement producing a compressive strength of 3000 PSI seven days after casting
Mop sinks are ground smooth, grouted and factory sealed to resist stains and moisture
Integral cast stainless steel threshold for durability
Space efficient radial drop-front design for easy wastewater disposal
Drain is centered on all models and comes with a twist lock stainless steel strainer
